Do We Fly in Space? Can We Break Through the Firmament?

The claims of popular science of outer space

According to the most prominent “cosmic” institutions, the earth spins on its axis at the speed of 1,000 mph. And not only that, but it circles the sun at 67,000 mph. But there is more – our “Solar System” moves through the galaxy at 515,000 mph. So in essence we are supposed to fly through space in all directions!

What we actually observe

What would a timelapse of the stars look like in such a case? As a completely blurred and chaotic image, with all these movements. Yet if we look at real timelapse images, what do we see? A perfect circle! This is impossible with the supposed movements of an earth that spins on its axis and circles around the sun, while the Solar System flies as a cannonball through space.

Furthermore, if we are circling around the sun that is supposed to be at a distance of 147,5 million miles from us, and we are also moving through space, then how come we have seen the same stars every night for thousands of years?

What the Word of God says

And not only that, but scientists tell us that the stars are light-years away from us. They tell us that the stars are at a very great distance from us in space. Yet look at what God tells us about the stars:

“And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.” Gen. 1:14-15.

The stars are inside the firmament (Gen. 1:14), directly above the earth, and not millions of miles away from us! They are much closer to us than we are told by scientists. This is the reason why we can see the SAME stars day after day, year after year. God placed them within the firmament just above us!

We are being lied to at a massive scale and most of the world buys into the lies of Satan instead of accepting the Word of God as truth.

The Earth is stationary

What does the Bible say, as to whether the earth moves or not? The Word of God declares:

“Fear before him, all the earth: the world also shall be stable, that it be not moved.” 1 Chron. 16:30.

“Say among the heathen that the LORD reigneth: the world also shall be established that it shall not be moved: he shall judge the people righteously.” Ps. 96:10.

“Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever.” Ps. 104:5.

Therefore, since the Earth does not move and it is the sun, moon, and stars that move, this would explain the perfect circular motion of the stars in the sky. But what about the sun?

The sun and moon stood still

According to the Bible, in Joshua 10 the Lord made the moon and the sun stand on their places and stop their motion. And they did stand still. This shows us that it is actually the sun and moon that circle above the earth, and not the opposite. We read:

“Then spake Joshua to the LORD in the day when the LORD delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel, Sun, stand thou still upon Gibeon; and thou, Moon, in the valley of Ajalon. And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the people had avenged themselves upon their enemies. Is not this written in the book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and hasted not to go down about a whole day.” Joshua 10:12, 13.

The sun went backward on its way

And also we are told of one time when God made the sun go backward. It is again the sun that changed its motion and not the earth. This is recorded when King Hezekiah was sick and he prayed to God, as he wanted to learn whether he would recover from his sickness. He asked for a sign and the Lord made the sun to return the path that it had already gone through. We read:

“Behold, I will bring again the shadow of the degrees, which is gone down in the sun dial of Ahaz, ten degrees backward. So the sun returned ten degrees, by which degrees it was gone down.” Isaiah 38:8.

Again, notice that it was the sun that was disturbed in its motion and not the earth! Nowhere in the Bible, the earth is said to move, except in the cases when the Lord would shake it by His might, as a sign of His magnificence.

Truth stands in contrast with popular theories

When we accept the Word of God as it reads, we begin to see the lies that have been circulated through mainstream media and secular science of the so-called space. But if we deny the plain Word and place our reliance on human theories, we are left to the lies we have embraced. And this is why it is vital for us to accept the truth, no matter what the world at large says.

The Mark of the Beast crisis

In Revelation, we are told that the whole world will be deceived to receive the mark of the beast and only those who keep the commandments of God and have the faith of Jesus will escape the deception. Friends, our eternal life is at stake here. Do not allow Satan to deceive you with his sophistries. We must base our faith on a “Thus sayeth the Lord!”, and not on a “Thus say the scientists”. No doubt that the globe theory will be part of the deception of Satan in the end times, in his attempt to turn people away from God, from His creation and His word.
